BAUM HOUSE

This residence, designed for a passionate plant cultivator, serves as a living showroom that integrates nature into every corner of its architecture. Despite being situated in an urban environment, the residence is conceived as an “oasis,” offering its owners a natural refuge amidst the city’s concrete landscape.

Developed over two floors, the house features a double-height space in the social area, where a vertical garden stands as the central element, connecting various environments. This feature not only enhances the interior aesthetics but also improves air quality and brings a sense of freshness to the space.

The glass corner in the social area, with aluminum profiles that rhythmically define the façade, allows for a continuous visual connection between the interior vertical garden and the exterior gardens of the residence. This design maximizes natural light entry and offers panoramic views of the green surroundings, creating an atmosphere of spaciousness and serenity.
