COLLECTOR HOUSE

This residence, designed for an avid classic car collector, harmoniously merges architectural elegance with automotive passion. The design features double-height spaces that seamlessly integrate indoor and outdoor areas, allowing for continuous appreciation of the vehicle collection from various vantage points within the home.

Configured in a “C” shape around the swimming pool, the residence opens inward, creating an intimate and private environment, while presenting a more closed façade to the exterior, reminiscent of a cloister. This architectural arrangement facilitates a fluid connection between interior and exterior spaces, enhancing the living experience.

The layout strategically positions classic automobiles as central elements of the interior design. Exhibition areas are thoughtfully placed to ensure the vehicles are visible from multiple angles, integrating them as art pieces that enrich the aesthetic and functional experience of the home. This approach reflects a contemporary architectural trend where personal collections are incorporated into residential design, creating unique and personalized environments.
