CREA HEADQUARTERS

This project was developed for the competition to design the new headquarters of Cooperativa CREA, aiming to create an open and dynamic building that reflects the institution’s identity and philosophy. The proposal features a fluid volumetry with curved lines and shapes, adding movement and dynamism to the architecture. Inside, a triple-height space connects the various functional areas, fostering interaction and transparency within the building.

The brise-soleils not only define the rhythm of the façade but also contribute to optimal solar control, enhancing thermal efficiency and indoor comfort. Exposed brick was chosen as the primary aesthetic expression, allowing the building to blend harmoniously with its surroundings, as it marks the beginning of a historic colonial street in the city. This materiality not only adds character and authenticity but also strengthens the connection between contemporary architecture and the historical urban fabric.
