OLIVO SUPERMARKET

This project involves the implementation of a supermarket within an existing built environment, focusing on budget optimization and maximizing the use of existing structures. To minimize costs, the pre-existing slab is reused, with only the necessary openings made for the new foundation.

The nave is designed with an industrial and functional aesthetic, incorporating windows solely at the entrance to define the main access. Metal sheets are used as cladding for both the roof and walls, keeping their natural tones exposed, along with the interior columns and beams, which are arranged to establish the rhythm and organization of the different sales areas. This approach ensures construction efficiency, a contemporary visual identity, and a clear spatial layout for the commercial space.
