This single-story dwelling, designed for a rally driver, is situated on a lakeside property, seamlessly integrating with its natural surroundings to create a harmonious living environment.
The residence is thoughtfully organized to separate social and private areas. The social zone, encompassing the living room, dining area, and kitchen, is distinct from the private quarters, which include the bedrooms and bathrooms. This deliberate spatial arrangement ensures both communal interaction and personal retreat.
A distinctive feature of the design is the inclusion of the owner’s rally car as a central decorative element. Positioned within the social area and visible from the façade, the vehicle not only showcases the owner’s passion but also serves as a unique focal point, blending automotive enthusiasm with residential aesthetics.
Both the social spaces and the bedrooms are oriented towards the lake, offering direct access to the dock and unobstructed views of the water. This orientation maximizes natural light and fosters a strong connection between the interior spaces and the serene lakeside environment.
