The main challenge of this project was the functional and operational analysis of the insurance company, ensuring that the office operated like clockwork, with a precise layout that optimized workflow and interaction between areas. Adapted within an existing building, the spatial organization was strategically designed: the ground floor was designated for operational areas and customer service, while the upper floor housed administrative and systems departments. To enhance internal connectivity, a sculptural staircase with only two support points was designed, forming a “V” shape that not only facilitates circulation between levels but also serves as an iconic architectural element within the space.
Aligned with the company’s philosophy of transparency and accessibility, all partitions were made of glass, allowing visual connectivity without compromising acoustic privacy. Additionally, nature was integrated into the design with planters and greenery in strategic areas, accompanying circulation paths and reinforcing the relationship between the built environment and employee well-being. The existing terraces were repurposed as recreational and relaxation areas, while a contemporary café was designed as a flexible gathering space for employees and brokers. With a well-planned layout and a design aligned with corporate values, the office becomes an efficient, dynamic, and inspiring workplace where architecture and functionality merge to enhance the work experience.
